Change of Company Secretary

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY, ERPNF and EMHLF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Shannon Robinson as Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Shannon Robinson is a highly experienced corporate specialist with expertise in providing strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and listings of companies on stock exchanges such as the ASX and AIM. She also has extensive knowledge in due diligence, compliance, and managing legal issues associated with clients' activities. With a background as a former corporate lawyer, Shannon has gained valuable experience working at boutique corporate law and corporate advisory firms. She holds several professional memberships, including a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. Shannon is also admitted to practice law in WA and the High Court. Shannon is currently joint company secretary of Echo IQ Limited (ASX:EIQ) and Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited (ASX:VMM)..

Ms Robinson replaces Mr David Koch who has been the Company Secretary of European Metals since April 2022.  David has stepped down as Company Secretary due to other work commitments recently taken on.  The Board wishes to thank David for his contribution to the Company and wishes him all the best for the future.

Ms Shannon Robinson is responsible for the Company Secretary role for the Company and pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 12.6 is the person responsible for communication between the Company and the ASX.
