Result of Annual General Meeting and Change of Company Name Update

MiLOC Group Limited, the AQSE Growth Market quoted pharmaceutical and healthcare group and design/production company, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed.

One of the resolutions was to change the name of the Company from that of MiLOC Group Limited to CRUSHMETRIC Group Limited, to better reflect the change in the Company's new strategy. Shareholders should take note of the new name and that it may take some time for all the news and data platforms used by investors to make this change to their systems. The Company is growing the business of its newly acquired wholly-owned subsidiary, CRUSHMETRIC Limited.

The Company is in the process of creating a new website, under a new domain name. A further announcement will be made in due course when the website is ready to be launched.
