Petra announces, in accordance with LR9.6.14(R), that Alexandra Watson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of ADvTECH Limited, a South African company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, with such appointment to take effect from 1 November 2022.
