Special Dividend

With the interim results in July your Board announced a dividend of 2.1p in line with the stated dividend policy.  In the light of the exceptional profit realised by disposals and part disposals of a number of holdings over the financial year, your Board has decided to pay a special dividend of an additional 3.9p per share which will be paid at the same time as the interim dividend in November.  The record date for both dividends is 18 October 2019 and the payment date is 7 November 2019.
