Atalaya Mining Plc (AIM: ATYM, TSX: AYM) announces that it was notified on 24 August 2022, that Jesus Fernandez, Director of the Company, purchased 65,000 ordinary shares in Atalaya at an average price of 226.0 pence per share.

Following the purchase of these shares Mr Fernandez is interested in an aggregate of 65,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.046% of the current issues share capital.
