POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to the final results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2021 (the "Final Results Announcement") published by the Company on 1 August 2022, in relation to (among other things) the date of the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company (the "Annual General Meeting").

Pursuant to the Final Results Announcement, the Annual General Meeting was originally scheduled to be held on 31 August 2022. As the Company needs more time to supplement the information to be proposed to the Annual General Meeting for consideration and approval, after careful consideration, the Company has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting to be held on or about 30 September 2022, in order to allow more time to prepare.
