Final dividend for the year ended 31 January 2019

The Company's announcement of its half-yearly report for the six months ended 31 July 2019 made on 16 September 2019 referred to the payment of a final dividend of 30p per ordinary share for the year ended 31 January 2019 (the Dividend). The Company wishes to clarify the dates mentioned in this announcement.   The ex date for the Dividend is 30 October 2019, the record date for the Dividend is 31 October 2019 and the Dividend will be paid to shareholders on 21 November 2019.
