The Rank Group Plc (LSE: RNK) ('Rank') announces the completion of the acquisition of Stride Gaming plc ('Stride')

Rank is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Stride.

John O'Reilly, Rank Chief Executive said:
