Portfolio update

UIL Limited ("UIL" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that, on 24 June 2022, it acquired 17,127,747 shares in Resimac Group Ltd ("Resimac") at the market price of A$1.26 per share from UIL's financial services investment platform and associated undertaking, Somers Limited.

Resimac is a leading non-bank lending and multi-channel distribution business within Australia and New Zealand which has been providing residential property finance since 1985. It markets home loans under the parent company brand, Resimac, via a distribution network of over 12,000 mortgage brokers in Australia and New Zealand.  Resimac is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

As a result of this transaction, Resimac will represent approximately 2.9% of UIL's gross assets and be one of UIL's top 10 investments.
