CA Immobilien Anlagen AG: Increase of total number of voting rights

Vienna, (pta012/30.09.2021/08:00) - 30.9.2021. Pursuant to Section 135 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG), CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft announces that the total number of voting rights at the end of the month September 2021 increased from 106.425.185 by 71.241 to a total of 106.496.426 voting rights.

As of the end of September 2021, the share capital increased by EUR 517,922.07 from EUR 773,711,094.95 to EUR 774,229,017.02 and is divided into four registered shares and 106.496.422 no-par bearer shares, each with a nominal value of EUR 7.27 of the share capital.

These changes result from the issuance of new shares in order to settle conversion rights having been exercised by the convertible bonds holders of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft.
