Nexity's Reference Document dated 31 December 2014 was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers on 8 April 2015 under number D. 15-0297.

The 2014 Reference Document contains:

• the 2014 annual financial report;
• the report on the manner in which the work of the Board of Directors is prepared and organised and on internal control procedures;
