Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified that Mr Richard Watson, Executive Director, has sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each in the Company ('Shares') on 27 September 2019, at a price of £16.506 per Share.
The Company also announces that Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, both Independent Non-Executive Directors, have elected to use all and a portion of their board fees respectively to purchase Shares. On 30 September 2019, pursuant to the pre-determined election, the Company arranged for the purchase of 1,508 and 904 Shares on behalf of Ms MacDonald and Mr Keogh, respectively. The Shares were purchased at the same price of £16.510908 per Share.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
