Directorate Change

Pendragon PLC today announces that Richard Laxer has decided to step down from the Company with effect from 31 December 2019.  Accordingly, Mr. Laxer will cease to be a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director with effect from 31 December 2019.

In the interim period, Mr Laxer has confirmed to the Board that he remains fully committed to the Company, and will continue to fulfil his roles of Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman for the remainder of the year.  The Company will now commence the process for recruitment of an additional Non-Executive Director with relevant experience to join the Board in January 2020 following Mr Laxer's departure.
