PUBLICATION OF THE 2014 REFERENCE DOCUMENT

It was filed today with the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers – AMF).

The document is available on the Company's website www.jcdecaux.com. Hard copies can also be obtained from the company's registered office at 17 rue Soyer – 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine (France).

The following documents are included in the 2014 Reference Document:

• The report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on corporate governance, and internal control and risk management procedure ;
• The 2014 annual financial report ;
• The description of the share buyback program.

Pursuant to the Afep-Medef Code, the 2014 Reference Document also contains all the information regarding the remuneration of the Executive Management Board members.
