Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Following payment of the interim dividend on 13 September, Informa PLC ("the Company") has been notified that the Directors listed below, or persons closely associated to the Directors, acquired Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan :

The Ordinary Shares detailed above were purchased on the London Stock Exchange (XLON) at a price of £8.393048 per share.

In addition, Helen Owers acquired a further 23 Ordinary Shares in relation to her holding in the Company held via Pershing Securities.  The dividend paid on the shares held by Pershing Securities was re-invested on 16 September 2019 at a price of £8.416 pence per share.
