NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY/ PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

IG Group Holdings PLC (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, confirms that, on 19 September 2019 it was notified of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by June Felix, Chief Executive Officer, Matthew Brief, Chief Product Officer and Joe McCaughran, Chief Risk Officer (the "Transactions").
