Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 15, 2025, Enterprise Products Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (together with its affiliates, “Enterprise”), announced that the closing of ExxonMobil’s acquisition of a 40-percent undivided joint interest in Enterprise’s Bahia natural gas liquids pipeline has been completed.
