Supplementary Notice of Annual General Meeting

Proposed issue of Performance Rights to Related Party

European Metals Holdings Limited (EMH, Company) (ASX & AIM: EMH, OTC - Nasdaq Intl ADS: EMHXY) announced on 25 October 2021 that it had published the Notice of Annual General Meeting (Notice) which will be held at the Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth, Western Australia on Wednesday, 24 November 2021 at 4:00pm AWST (8:00am GMT) (Meeting)

The Company has published today a supplementary notice (Supplementary Notice) which provides details of an additional resolution, Resolution 8, to be considered at the Meeting, for shareholder approval for the issue of Performance Rights to Everest Corporate Pty Ltd (Related Party).

The issue of Performance Rights to the Related Party is subject to the satisfaction of particular milestones by Ms Wendy Lim. Ms Lim is an employee of the Related Party. Ms Lim is contracted to the Company (through the Related Party) as the Chief Financial Officer.

Chairman, Mr Keith Coughlan's spouse is a shareholder and director of the Related Party.

The issue of Performance Rights is not intended to remunerate or incentivise Mr Keith Coughlan.
