Norish plc (AIM: NSH) is pleased to announce that, at the extraordinary general meeting held today, the resolution to approve the sale of its cold store division to Nichirei Holding Holland B.V, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc., announced on 30 September 2021, was duly passed by shareholders, with 99.99% of votes in favour.

Accordingly the agreement is now unconditional and is scheduled to close on 27 October 2021.
