NOTIFICATION OF INVESTOR BRIEFING

International Public Partnerships ('the Company', 'INPP'), the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company, advises it intends to hold an Investor briefing and tour of the Tideway 'super sewer' project on Tuesday 15 October 2019.

The briefing will include presentations from INPP's Investment Adviser, Amber Infrastructure, together with representatives from Tideway. Members of the INPP Board will also be in attendance.

The presentation will commence at 9am at Tideway, Cottons Centre, Cottons Lane, London SE1 2QG. This will be followed by a guided boat tour down the River Thames to view Tideway's construction sites concluding at 1.30pm.
