Notification

Pursuant to Article 69.1(1) of act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system, and on public companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2020, item 2080, as amended; "Act on public offering"), Cyber Group Studios SAS with its registered office in Paris, France, address: 44B Quai de Jemmapes - 75010 Paris ("CGS") hereby notifies that it has exceeded the threshold of 15% of the total number of votes in BTC Studios S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("BTC Studios").

1. the date and kind of event resulting in the change of the share of votes held which the notification concerns;

On 22 November 2021 1,997,734 newly issued series K shares in BTC Studios have been entered for the first time into the securities account kept for CGS, which resulted in incorporation of the rights arising therefrom in accordance with Article 7.1 of act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2021, item 328, as amended). Series K shares in BTC Studios have been taken up by CGS through a private placement.

2. the number of shares held before the change in the share of votes held and the percentage share of the shares in the share capital of the company and the number of votes attached to these shares and their percentage shares in the total number of votes;

CGS did not hold shares in BTC Studios prior to the change in the share of votes held.

3. the number of currently held shares and their percentage share in the share capital of the company and the number of votes attached to these shares and their percentage share in the total number of votes;

CGS currently holds 1,997,734 shares in BTC Studios, constituting 19.60% of the shares in the share capital of the BTC Studios, representing 1,997,734 votes, constituting 19.60% in the total number of votes in BTC Studios.

4. subjects subsidiary to the shareholder making the notification and holding the company's shares;

There are no subsidiaries of CGS holding shares in BTC Studios.

5. the persons referred to in Article 87.1(3)c of Act on public offering;

There are no persons referred to in Article 87.1(3)c of Act on public offering.

6. the number of votes attached to the shares, calculated in the manner specified in Article 69b.2 of Act on public offering, for which the shareholder is entitled to or obliged to as a holder of financial instruments referred to in Article 69b.1(1) of Act on public offering and the financial instruments referred to in Article 69b.1(2), which are not performed by cash settlement, the type or the name of these financial instruments and the date of their expiration or the date or the term of shares purchase or when the purchase is to be performed;

7. the number of votes attached to the shares, calculated in the manner specified in Article 69b.3 of Act on public offering, which indirectly or directly relate to financial instruments referred to in Article 69b.1(2) of Act on public offering, the type or the name of these financial instruments and the expiration date of these financial instruments;

8. the total sum of the number of votes specified under point 2, 6 and 7 and its percentage share in the total number of votes;
