(€282,2m), EBITDA €39,8m (€32,0m)

Maintal, 19 February 2008 - The mobile-communications service provider

Drillisch (ISIN DE 0005545503) delivered again record earnings. In 2007,
Drillisch Group's EBITDA reached €39,8 million (+24.4%). With 2,201 million
subscribers (prev, year 1,763 million) the group reached sales of €361,5
million (prev. year €282,2 million).

The Executive Board finalized the following business figures, which have
not yet been audited, on 19. February 2008 at 09:40 p.m. The final annual
financial statements, once approved by the Supervisory Board, will be
discussed during a press and analyst conference to be held on 26 March
2008.
