confirms guidance

The mobile-communications service provider Drillisch (ISIN DE 0005545503)
continued its dynamic growth path in the first six months of the year and
reached in the traditional weaker part of the year more than 50% of the
EBITDA guidance

Net profit increased by 50.6% in H1-2008 and reached with €11.3 million a
record high in the history of the company.

The subscriber base rose by 45k to 2.3 million in the second quarter
compared with the first quarter 2008. On a semi-annual base, the group
increased its subscriber base by 205k or 10%.

Sales reached €89.2 million at the end of the second quarter, some €4.6
million more than at the end of Q1-2008. At the end of H1-2008, sales
reached €173.8 million (+2.3%) compared with the €169.9 million at the end
of H1-2007.

Gross profit jumped at the end of the second quarter some 10% or €1.7
million to €19.3 million compared with €17.6 million at the end of the
first quarter. On a semi-annual comparison, gross profit increased by 4.2%
or €1.5 million to €36.9 million from €35.4 million.

The adjusted EBITDA reached after the first six months of the business year
€20.3 million (+19.8%) compared with the €17 million at the end of H1-2007.
Compared with Q1-2008, the EBITDA reached €10.8 million (+13.7%) an
increase of €1.3 million. The EBITDA-Margin of almost 12% exceeds after the
first six months of the business year the magnitude of FY2007.

At the end of H1-2008, EBIT increased by 9.3% and reached €16.7 million
compared with €15.3 million at the end of H1-2007. In the second quarter of
the business year 2008, EBIT reached €9.7 million.

Cash Flow from current business operations reached €19.8 million at the end
of the second quarter compared with €8 million at the end of the first
quarter 2008. This is an increase of 147.5%. Compared with the first six
months of 2007 this is an increase of 104% or €10.1 million.

Aside of the old core business, our 'Mobile Internet' line is developing
reasonable well. The Drillisch AG has positioned itself at an early stage
in this future growth segment.

The Drillisch AG therewith states that an efficient corporate structure
leads to uninterrupted profit growth. Based on current planning, the
Management Board expects an EBITDA of about €40 million in fiscal year 2008
and a subscriber base of about 2.35 million as of the end of the year.
