Maintal, 12 February 2007 - The mobile-communications service provider
Drillisch (ISIN DE 0005545503) posted the best results in its history
during fiscal year 2006. The Drillisch Group's EBITDA reached €32,0 million
(+15.2%). With 1,763 million subscribers (prev, year 1,701 million) the
group reached sales of €282,2 million (prev. year €323,2 million).

The Drillisch AG Executive Board finalized the following business figures
on 12. February 2007 at 4:05p.m., which have not yet been audited. The
final annual financial statements, once approved by the Supervisory Board,
will be discussed during a press and analyst conference to be held on 22
March 2007.
