The Drillisch Group’s EBITDA reached €27,8 mln (+18.0%), the EBT reached €25,1 mln (+50.5%). Earnings per share reached €0.45 (+45.2%). With 1,701 subscribers (prev, year 1,626 million) the group reached a total operating performance of €330.2 million (prev. year €355,8 million). The cash position increased by app. 53% to €30,1 million (2004: €19,7 million) It is proposed to pay out a dividend of €0.20 per share. The Executive Board is confident that the company will be able to post good earnings in the course of fiscal year 2006 The Drillisch AG Executive Board finalized the following business figures on 24 February 2006 at 1:15 p.m., which have not yet been audited. The final annual financial statements, once approved by the Supervisory Board, will be discussed during a press and analyst conference to be held on 22 March 2006.
