This represents an improvement of 4.3 percent over its subscriber base of 1.559 million as at 31 December 2003. Drillisch AG announced on 11 May 2004 that the company expected to finish the 2004 fiscal year with an EBITDA of approximately 22 million euros. Based on current figures for the 2004 annual financial statements, Drillisch AG has exceeded its published EBITDA guidance and expects to finish out fiscal year 2004 with an EBITDA of about 23 million euros.
