Essen, 19 February 2018 – 11880 Solutions AG now has two new major shareholders: RH Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, is invested with 9,42 % in the company, Solventis Beteiligungen GmbH, based in Mainz, now holds 8.16 % of the shares. Both investment companies took over the shares of Italiaonline S.p.A, which before held a 16.24 %-stake of the shares.

“This change of shareholders means an important milestone in our current business development process, and we are now glad to have partners, who will sustainably support our growth”, said Christian Maar, CEO of 11880 Solutions AG.

Based on the development of the past two years we are convinced that the company will be successful. Therefore, we now have increased our investment and are happy to accompany 11880 Solutions AG in its process.”

The new shareholder structure will soon induce changes in the Supervisory Board of the company.
