Munich, November 3, 2009 - telegate AG, multichannel-provider for local
search, sells the wholly-owned French subsidiary telegate 118 000 SAS to
its management and Newfund, a private equity fund. The purchase price is in
the lower single-digit million-Euro-range and is composed of a one-time
fixed payment as well as an earn-out component. The transaction became
effective as of closing date November 2nd. The purchaser will further build
the 118 000 directory assistance and online services towards consumers and
advertisers. The parties agreed to keep further elements of the contract
confidential.

Recently telegate AG increasingly focused on making use of the great growth
opportunities of the German local search market. This transaction
emphasises this strategy.
