Planegg-Martinsried near Munich, November 03, 2011 - telegate AG and Dr.
Andreas Albath, CEO of telegate AG, agreed by amicable consent, that Dr.
Albath will leave the Management Board of the company with effect from
November 15, 2011. This is due to differences of opinion with regard to the
company's strategic development. The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr.
Juergen von Kuczkowski, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Albath for his
work.
