Annual general meeting adopts resolution with large majority to rename telegate AG 11 88 0 Solutions AG

Munich / Planegg, 8 August 2016 - telegate AG today announced that it will
be renamed 11 88 0 Solutions AG. A resolution to this effect was adopted
today by 99.7 percent of the shareholders at the company's annual general
meeting. The company will immediately initiate all processes required for
changing its name.
The decision was made to create a uniform presence under the 11 88 0*
brand, which for the majority of German consumers is a familiar number for
readily available assistance and information. After the acquisition of
klicktel AG eight years ago, the company had been operating two divisions -
Directory Assistance Service and Digital Business - under four different
brands. Going forward, all of the company's activities will be consolidated
under the 11 88 0 brand.
