As AIFM of SoftBank Vision Fund (AIV M2) L.P., SB Investment Advisers (UK) Limited is exclusively responsible for making all decisions related to the acquisition, structuring, financing and disposal of SoftBank Vision Fund (AIV M2) L.P.’s investments.
