PORR AG: Announcement on total number of voting rights pursuant to Section 135 Stock Exchange Act 2018

Vienna (pta013/30.11.2021/09:45) - PORR AG (the "Company") announces that the total number of voting rights as per the end of November 2021 amounts to a total of 39,278,250 voting rights and the share capital amounts to EUR 39,278,250.00. The total number of voting rights was increased by 10,183,250 voting rights, which stem from a capital increase from the authorized capital of the Company. The change in the total number of voting rights as well as the share capital of the Company is effective since 5 November 2021.
