Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - On 29 July 2019, the Company announced that that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative to shareholders in connection with the interim dividend of 13.75 cents per share payable on 11 September 2019. On 27 August 2019, the Company announced the reference price for the scrip dividend alternative of £15.90.

The Company has been notified that the undernoted Directors, PDMRs or persons closely associated with them ('PCAs'), acquired the numbers of 6.5p ordinary shares stated below:
