TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Further to the Company's Result of C Share Placing Announcement on 8 June 2021 and following admission of 185,000,000 C Shares at 8 am today, the Company will have 376,182,688 Ordinary Shares in issue and 185,000,000 C Shares in issue, each with equal voting rights. In addition, the Company will have 40,067,294 Subscription Shares in issue, with no voting rights attached. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 561,182,688.

Shareholders should use 561,182,688 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
