Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 20.11.2025 tarihli toplantısında alınan borçlanma aracı ihracına ilişkin karar çerçevesinde, ihraç belgesinin onaylanması talebiyle 26.11.2025 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapılan başvurumuzun onaylanmasını müteakip, 22.12.2025 tarihinde duyurulmuş olan ihraç belgesi ekte yer almaktadır.

Within the framework of the decision regarding the issuance of debt securities taken at the meeting of our Company's Board of Directors dated 20.11.2025, following the approval of our application made to the Capital Markets Board of Turkey on 26.11.2025 requesting the approval of the issue document, the issue document announced on 22.12.2025 is attached.

In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
