In accordance with LR 9.6.14 (2), Jane Kingston, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Inchcape plc, has announced that she is stepping down from the Board of National Express Group plc on 31st December 2019.

Jane is also a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.
