At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 3.00 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 April 2019. The final dividend will be paid on 13 September 2019 to those shareholders on the register as at Friday, 16 August 2019, with an ex-dividend date of Thursday, 15 August 2019.
