Correction to Notice of AGM

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 29 October 2020 in respect of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company which will be held at Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 8 December 2020 at 2:00 p.m., the Company wishes to advise a correction to the explanatory notes of the Notice of AGM under the section headed "Right to attend and vote" which should refer to 5.00 p.m. on 4 December 2020, rather than 5.00 p.m. on 2 December 2020.
