Closure of Placing Programme

Following the recent publication of the Company's annual report and audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 (the "Annual Report"), which would otherwise trigger the requirement under the Prospectus Regulations for a supplementary prospectus to be published, the Board of Directors of the Company do not consider that it is appropriate to keep the Company's Placing Programme (as defined in the Company's prospectus) open for the remaining four months of its term. Accordingly, the Board has taken the decision to close the Placing Programme with immediate effect, thereby eliminating the costs associated in connection with the production and publication of such a supplementary prospectus.
