AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2019 have been posted to those shareholders who elected to receive hard copies. The Notice convening the Company's AGM and the Proxy form were also posted to all shareholders.

The AGM of the Company will be held at Shard Capital Partners LLP, 23rd Floor, 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY on 26th of September 2019 at 14:00 BST.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office, 23rd Floor, 20 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BY and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
