Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 18, 2025, Stabilis Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing execution of a definitive, 10-year offtake agreement (the "Agreement") with Carnival Corporation & plc to supply Liquified Natural Gas ("LNG") in support of Carnival's cruise operations at the Port of Galveston. The Agreement represents the second anchor offtake agreement for the Company's planned flagship LNG liquefaction facility in Galveston, Texas.
