Robit Plc has on 29 August 2019 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Five Alliance Oy (Business ID 0735545-3) has increased above the threshold of 25 percent.

According to the notification, the holding of Five Alliance Oy in Robit Plc is 5 688 567 shares corresponding to approximately 26.7 percent of Robit Plc’s entire share stock.
