SHARE DEALINGS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR")

The following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 ("MAR").

The Company today announces that it was notified that on 27 May 2020:

(i) Robert Ware, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 200,174 Ordinary Shares in the Company, all at a price of 80 pence per share; and

(ii) Marwyn Long Term Incentive LP ("MLTI") purchased 7,750,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, all at a price of 80 pence per share.  

Robert Ware now holds 700,174 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.18% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.

MLTI, Mark Brangstrup Watts, James Corsellis and Antoinette Vandepuije, now together hold 8,665,837 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 14.57% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.

MLTI is a Person Closely Associated with Mark Brangstrup Watts, James Corsellis and Antoinette Vandepuije, all directors of Marwyn Asset Management Limited ("MAML"), the manager of the Company and Marwyn Value Investors LP. Whilst none of Mark Brangstrup Watts, James Corsellis and Antoinette Vandepuije are PDMRs, they are voluntarily disclosing today's information to the market on an aggregate basis as if they were.
