Director Change

Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia, announces that Mr. Ljupco ("Lou") Naumovski is stepping down as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to concentrate on his other business interests.  Mr. Naumovski will continue to support the Company as an advisor to the Board.
