Bovis Homes Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 31 July 2019, please note that Bovis Homes Group PLC's capital consists of 134,858,296 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.

The increase from 134,855,669 Ordinary 50p shares on 31 July 2019 is due to the issue of 2,627 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Bovis Homes Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Bovis Homes Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
