Change of Company Secretary

Standard Life Private Equity Trust PLC ("the Company") announces that, with effect from 6 September 2019, the Secretarial Agreement between the Company and Maven Capital Partners UK LLP ("Maven") will be terminated.  From 6 September 2019, Aberdeen Asset Management PLC ("AAM") will assume responsibility for the provision of the company secretarial services to the Company.  

The Board would like to thank Maven for its support to the Company over recent years.

There is no change to the management of the Company, which continues to be provided by SL Capital Partners LLP.
