Further Covid-19 Update

To mitigate the financial impact of COVID-19 and protect the Company's cash position during this period of disruption the Executive Directors of Norish have agreed to a 20% reduction in salaries for a three-month period.

This action is in addition to the decision by the Board of Norish to cancel the final dividend of 1.9 Eurocents per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2019, as announced on the 25th March.

Norish will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update the market as appropriate.
