The Board of UIL Limited (the "Company") announces that on 18 February 2020 the Company purchased for cancellation 26,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 233.00p per share.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 85,969,314.
