The following is a Company Announcement issued by Malita Investments p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

QUOTE

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has secured an indicative term sheet for financing which would enable it to complete the affordable housing project. As part of this process the Company is also embarking on a restructuring plan to ensure the financial sustainability of the said project. The Company remains otherwise solvent with a strong capital and asset base.

The Company has, in parallel, entered into an agreement with its contractors to reflect these developments.

The Company will issue further announcements as appropriate in due course and in accordance with its disclosure obligations.
