CC/S&B/NJ/1188 dated 13.01.2020 and in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the "listing regulations"), we forward herewith copy of the working financial results of  the Bank along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2019 approved by the Central Board of the Bank at its meeting held today on 31.01.2020 at Mumbai.

The Board meeting started at 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 13:25 p.m.
